Revert "Update grype to version 0.32.0"

Why is this change being made?

!2649 (merged) introduced a bug which caused auto-remediation to stop working with Grype: gitlab-org/gitlab#351800 (closed)

This MR reverts Grype back to v0.31.1 as a temporary fix until we can work on gitlab-org/gitlab#351800 (closed).
