Upgrade security report schemas to v14.0.6

Why is this change being made?

gitlab-org/security-products/security-report-schemas!89 (merged) introduced default_branch_image to the security report schemas, and !2602 (merged) introduced default_branch_image to container-scanning, but I neglected to update the schemas. This MR updates security report schemas to the latest version.
