Execute TruncateTextFields in run command
What does this MR do?
This MR executes the TruncateTextFields function added by Add TruncateTextFields function (report!79 - merged) • Adam Cohen when a caller invokes the run command. The TruncateTextFields will automatically truncate the Vulnerabilities[].Name field to VulnerabilityNameMaxLengthBytes characters.
