add message post failure to enable debug mode

What does this MR do?

This MR logs a generic message indicating users to enable debug mode if the analyzer operation fails in the info mode. This MR assumes that the log level is set based on the SECURE_LOG_LEVEL via logutil.go. More discussion on this is made here.
