What does this MR do?
Update VET to include a fix for a bug that disabled Tracking-Calculator.
We also removed one QA test specifically targetting FP-Reduction. This was unnecessary as we have both Tracking-Calculator and FP-Reduction enabled in our QA project and we wanted to test the two features in conjunction with each other.
