What does this MR do?
Upgrades tracking-calculator to improve performance and fix a regression in file indentation
Aligns build process for image containing tracking calculator with gosec!99 (merged) and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/post-analyzers/tracking-calculator/-/merge_requests/10
Since this isn't a user-facing change we shouldn't need a changelog. In order to release this properly, I plan to use BUILD increment as outlined in our security release process.
