Adding bandit qa tests

What does this MR do?

While working on gitlab-org/gitlab#281575 (closed) we discovered the bandit analyzer repo didn't have any QA tests (it had DAST python QA tests). This MR adds a test for the bandit analyzer functionality which includes monorepo coverage.
