Remove category label
What does this MR do?
The category label is currently inferred from the vulnerability's category but this is not a correct mapping.
Currently a lot of security issues are mislabelled with Category:Container Scanning as a result.
The category label is tied to which part of the product is impacted by the vulnerability, not which scanner reported it.
Until we have a neat way to do this, it's better to remove the category label assignment.
