Enable refreshing expected json from inside mobsf project

Similar to !29 (closed), this merge request updates analyzer-refresh-expected-json script to allow running it from inside mobsf project, for gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/mobsf!81 (merged) to work nicely.

I haven't based my branch on @craigmsmith's but I specified his merge request as a dependency for this one.

!29 (closed) was closed in favour of this, so I removed it from the dependencies.
