Add normalization into refresh expected
What does this MR do?
Update analyzer-refresh-expected-json to replace the vulnereabilities.id, scan.start_time, scan.end_time and scan.analyzer.version with :SKIP:.
This helps to keep the expected JSON simple during merge requests.
