Secure:Static Analysis Update Reviewer Roulette for our team
Problem to solve
Currently Lucas is the only person who is set up as a reviewer for our analyzer projects. Because of this, Reviewer Roulette is unable to find a reviewer to assign to open MRs which means the author is expected to manually find someone who has the capacity to review.
Recent examples:
- SASTBot: Monthly dependency updates for 15.9 (gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/kics!66 - merged)
- SASTBot: Monthly dependency updates for 15.9 (gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/sobelow!93 - merged)
Proposal
Update Reviewer Roulette to include all applicable Static Analysis team members. Being able to distribute these reviews across the entire team will help reduce the workload of reviews on one person and also help reduce our open MR review time.
