Backup migration files and fix regex

This MR has a fix for the regular expression used to find obsolete migrations.

I also ran the script in the 17-0-stable-ee stable branch and 17-5-stable-ee to try and catch anything that was missed in the last update (that happened in %17.5 in !4 (merged))
