What does this MR do?

Compare to vrange.
This is to ensure that we don't introduce regressions as part of v3.
JSON files should be downloaded from gitlab-org/gitlab#435473 (comment 1706461051).
Please note that vrange might generate incorrect results, so we shouldn't aim at 100% consistency b/w version_sat? and vrange.
The specs added by this MR come from !21 (closed)
