feat: Consolidate logging offenses originating from the application context

Description

The logging field validator identifies "new" offenses that arise from the application context. These logging fields are added implicitly and marked as deprecated, thereby creating a new logging source. This MR is to resolve the issue by grouping logging offenses from the application context.
