feat: Renaming Covered Experience to User Experience SLI

This change renames the module Labkit::CoveredExperience to Labkit::UserExperienceSli, as part of Rename "Covered Experience SLIs" to avoid namin... (gitlab-com/gl-infra/observability/team#4347 - closed).

There are no feature addition(s), or fix(es), only the rename, moving away from the term Covered Experience(s) (identified as an industry related terminology for SLAs) to User Experience SLI(s).

  • Backwards compatibility with Labkit::CoveredExperience
  • New module: Labkit::UserExperienceSli
  • Documentation updates
  • Compliant with design document
