Fix branch example interval type

Describe in detail what your merge request does and why. There is a typo in the example branch resource policy. Interval type & interval were swapped.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
