Fix pull mirror queries
Problem
Pull mirroring dashboard does not show metrics.
Merge request gitlab-org/gitlab!100025 (merged) updated queries we use to select pull mirrors, but exporter still relies on SQL queries.
It can be the reason why we don't see metrics in Prometheus.
