Update lib/gitlab_exporter/database/row_count.rb

boontifex requested to merge boontifex/gitlab-exporter:rename-groups-and-add-types into master

The metric groups in gitlab_database_rows use the database table namespaces. Namespaces can be User, Group and Project, these are distinguishable by the column type. I also suggest to change the label from groups to namespaces. (Closes #93 (closed))
