While creating new tag (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/ruby/gems/gitlab-experiment/-/tags) I notice we have broken pipeline again - https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/ruby/gems/gitlab-experiment/-/jobs/5229604628

Some tests are broken in CI because specific active_support methods become unavailable in spec/*. Adding them directly to spec_helper
