CI: Add Ruby 3.2 to the matrix

This MR adds Ruby 3.2 to the test matrix and fixes two issues related to keyword arguments.

In gitlab-org&9684 (closed) we are starting to test Ruby 3.2 and it seems that gitlab-experiment causes some failures as in gitlab-org&9684 (comment 1303439676).
