In Update Remote Development Architecture Blueprint (gitlab-org/gitlab!121851 - merged) , we moved content from this repository to update the blueprint for Remote Development. This MR removes the said content to have a SSoT and added some minor fixes.

We should aim to move more from this repository to the blueprint in the coming milestones so that the blueprint is the SSoT for anyone new to the Remote Development effort.
