Use GitLab Insights to collect task data

Using GitLab Insights to collect data on items through QA issues.

QA issues are created automatically on successful deployment to staging environment. As such, this data is currently not 100% accurate when it comes to deployments that failed prior to deployment to staging.

We will look through data with QA task label, and one of:

• ~"deploy:aborted"
• deploy:gcny
• deploy:gstg
• deploy:gprd
• deploy:pre

each of which describe a successful deployment to one of the environments.

In the initial iterations, this data will only be useful to show the number of deployments.
