Add post-deployment patch to daily tasks

This is debatable, but https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/41790 missed the upcoming security release. As we're deploying more often, we will need to do this every time if we want to patch against this. Obviously we can't mention any specifics about the issue here.
