Security process: update backport version info

Add a bit more description on how to find which versions to create backports for.

I either missed or misunderstood the patch release changes from a few months back and gave incorrect info about patch release for security MRs.

This change adds more info on where in the linked dashboard it says the versions to create backports for in security MRs.
