Update traffic load generation doc

Nailia Iskhakova requested to merge docs-traffic-load-generation into master

traffic-generator is deprecated in favour of cmbr. The GitLab release page for load generation is updated to reflect that and describe how cmbr is configured to generate load on Stagings.
