Update monthly release tasks according to the process we've followed in the past releases

  • Coordinate timing with the release post manager (RPM)
  • No need for marketing approval if you're on time
  • Tweet to be handled by RPM
  • Publish packages at 13:30 UTC to make them available publicly at ~14:10 so that the release post is merged at ~14:20 and it's live at ~15:00 UTC
