Note

NOTE: This was previously reverted in !4104 (merged) due to an Unauthorized error in the update Gitaly jobs, which we thought was related to this change (and to unblock the update Gitaly MRs).

Upon further checking, the error was due to the CODEOWNERS file not being updated with the new approver bot.
