Paste migration diffs in a comment
During %11.0 we used to paste migration diffs as a comment in the same RC creation issue.
I think this is a better approach because all the relevant information has the same lifecycle of the issue itself.
Also the output of the migration is supposed to be commented on the issue and not pasted on a snippet.
