Amend the check packages class to account for new trigger job name

What does this MR do and why?

Addressing: gitlab-com/gl-infra/delivery#20424 (closed)

Due to changes from the distribution team on the pipelines by adding the check-package-availability downstream job, we need to fetch the status of it and make sure it passes in order to deem the packages published.
