These changes add a summary section for the different failures in each environment on the deployments blocker report. This is to understand better the different types of failures encountered and their related blocked time.

  • Added test for description, assignees, and title methods in the blockers_report_spec.rb file

  • Add the table for the summary of failure types per environment
