Add KAS to the GitLab release

  • Add KAS to the GitLab release

KAS is in the process of being introduced to managed versioning. !2860 (merged), created the required release class.

The GitLab release process needs to be adjusted to update the 'GITLAB_KAS_VERSION' to point to the new tag. This commit updates the managed versioning projects to include KAS if the feature flag is enabled.
