Close the security blog post after moved to canonical
What does this MR do and why?
This MR closes the security blog post after it is successfully moved to canonical in the MoveBlogPost service. It also leaves a comment on the security MR noting the new MR url. If for some reason it cannot find the new MR, an error is raised, halting the service, triggering a slack notification so release managers can investigate further.
