Override common-ci-tasks renovate image

What does this MR do and why?

Keep renovate bot image updated.

When 'gitlab-com/gl-infra/common-ci-tasks' updates its base images, we need a second release to have the correct image applied to the imported tag.

All our automated go-lang updates are broken at the moment, and even if the fix is ready in 1.47.1 we can't benefit from that because gitlab-com/gl-infra/common-ci-tasks!216 (merged) is stuck.

This MR will give us more control over the renovate image, as this is the only feature of common-ci-tasks that we are using.
