Removes deploy version from PDM classes

What does this MR do and why?

Removes deploy_version dependency from the post_deploy_migration classes. Now that the PDM has been incorporated into the release daily activities and that post-migrations are no longer executed by the coordinated pipeline we can remove the dependency from these classes.
