What does this MR do?

Drop auto_deploy prefix from coordinated pipeline CI

At the moment, coordinated pipeline CI configuration file is receiving modifications from the staging-ref and the Single pipeline projects. Given its size and complexity it's difficult to introduce discrete changes into this file. As such, as part of gitlab-com/gl-infra/delivery#2106, it was decided to reduce the complexity of this file.

This commit aims to help with that by removing the auto_deploy prefix.
