Ignore mailroom version on CNG release

This is a workaround the fact that we can't update MAILROOM_VERSION based on the GitLab Gemfile.lock file due to a bug.

Related to gitlab-org/charts/gitlab!2236 (merged) and to omnibus-gitlab#6471 (closed)
