Update Customer Created Notification channel

The name of the channel that receives customer created MR notifications
changed recently. This change reflects that in the `triage-serverless`
project.

This is a recent error, so it seems that Slack will redirect messages
to the new channel for a time before this started failing.

Action items

  • When adding a new Triager, verify that it has been added to the DEFAULT_TRIAGERS in triage/triage/handler.rb in the appropriate order.
  • If applicable, identify the affected groups and how to communicate to them:
    • /cc @person_or_group =>
    • Relevant Slack channels =>
    • Week-in-review
