(I would love to do that... where/how would I identify the affected groups? :))

The @gitlab-bot who comments on outside contributors' MRs with an intro message that contains:

"We believe that everyone can contribute and contributions like yours …”

The link points to https://about.gitlab.com/company/strategy/#everyone-can-contribute but this doesn’t seem to be a valid anchor ID on the page.

Elsewhere, on https://about.gitlab.com/handbook/engineering/quality/merge-request-triage/ that same phrase links to https://about.gitlab.com/company/mission/#mission so I've updated the link to that instead.
