Ecosystem is now a stage

We need to

• move open issues and MRs from the current stage devopscreate to new stage ~"devops::ecosystem"
• move open issues and MRs from the current group ~"group::ecosystem" to the one most relevant to the category label
  • Move Category:Integrations from ~"group::ecosystem" to ~"group::integrations"
  • Move ~"Category:Foundations" from ~"group::ecosystem" to groupfoundations
  • Move Category:GDK from ~"group::ecosystem" to ~"group::contributor experience"
