Update messaging for pinging www-gitlab-com MR's

If my experience in gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!36017 (merged) suggests anything, to do say that pinging @gl-website "should get their attention" is most certainly not the case.

Don't get me wrong: I get that they have other priorities, and that MR's from outsiders are not always top priority. However, for the benefit of other contributors (like myself) and the sake of objectivity and transparency, I would not oversell (and then under-deliver) what pinging @gl-website does.
