Remove the common_room processor/job
Context
We've had errors happening when pushing data to CommonRoom for at least the last year.
The error still happens consistently (see GCP logs).
What does this MR do and why?
Removes the common_room logic.
The purpose of the processor/job is to send events to common room, but we keep consistently erroring out when trying to do so.
