Triage::ThankContribution: Fetch latest MR description
What does this MR do and why?
To minimize race conditions between merge request events which can lead to description overwrites by the processor we now fetch the latest merge request description before updating.
Event description is still used in case of an error.
Fixes #1562 (comment 1982959965)
