What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates the AI disclosure checkbox wording that is added to the MR description for community contributions. It clarifies that the disclosure is inclusive of content generated by GitLab Duo features. This MR is in conjunction with an MR adding this clarification to the GitLab DCO/CLA.
