Generalize ruby2 branch to any ruby branches.

So we report failures from ruby3_0, ruby3_2 and alike. This aligns with https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/05cbdbf4245417f79bfe3885c0b3674b18a539a5/.gitlab/ci/rules.gitlab-ci.yml#L24
