Resolve "Group name change: Create:Editor to Create:IDE"

What does this MR do and why?

As noted at #1313 (comment 1356277021), there's still an MR required to update https://about.gitlab.com/company/team/team.yml but this MR optimistically updates our tests to reflect the soon-to-be-future.

We should also pull in the latest https://about.gitlab.com/company/team/team.yml here too (as well as the other JSON fixture files) before merging.
