Resolve "Group name change: Create:Editor to Create:IDE"

What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates various fixture files (categories.json, groups.json, sections.json, stages.json and team.yml) that were required as part of the editor -> ide rename that has occurred. The remainder of the changes are:

• Renaming the various code and filenames from editor to ide
• Undoing one of the editor to ide renames because https://about.gitlab.com/company/team/team.yml still refers to Create:Editor and not Create:IDE yet
