What does this MR do and why?

This updates the link to values/iteration to jump to the actual anchor.

As the iPhone view, which I read first (coming from email notification to browser to the link), had descriptions near the icons it was confusing for me to find the actual topic when reading the page on the computer.

Updating the link could help I guess.

Expected impact & dry-runs

Nothing, I guess.
