Remove @thiagocsf from these reports: triage-reports#9115 (closed)

  1. Container Scanning has moved back to groupcomposition analysis, so the groupsecurity policies doesn't have any projects in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/
  2. I am no longer an EM for groupsecurity policies
