Group triage package 2.0

The next iteration for our triage packages

Aim is to include the following information:

  • PM section
    • Customer labelled feature proposal with no milestone
  • EM section
    • Customer bugs with no milestone
    • Bugs with no milestone
  • Missed SLO section
    • Bugs past SLO threshold
  • Include heat map on all ~bug for that area. #166 (closed)

New structure

PM Section

1. Unscheduled Customer labelled feature proposals

Lists customer feature proposals with no milestone in the project

Limit: 15 issues

2. Unscheduled feature proposals (non customer)

Lists feature proposals with no milestone in the project

Limit: 15 issues

EM Section (frontend)

3. Unscheduled Customer labelled frontend bugs

Lists customer bugs for frontend with no milestone in the project

Limit: 15 issues

4. Unscheduled frontend bugs (non customer)

Lists bugs for frontend with no milestone in the project

Limit: 15 issues

EM Section (remaining)

5. Unscheduled Customer labelled bugs without frontend

Lists customer bugs without frontend with no milestone in the project

Limit: 15 issues

6. Unscheduled bugs without frontend

Lists bugs without frontend with no milestone in the project

Limit: 15 issues

Missed SLO section

7. missed-SLO bugs

Lists bugs that have passed their priority related SLO threshold

Limit: No limit
