Draft: Indicate how to set multiple labels with one line

What does this MR do and why?

Dangerbot's thank you message stated how to set labels for an MR but it didn't really specify that you can set more than one label with the same command and that if you split that command into separate lines it will pick up only the first one.

This MR tries improve that message to better explain how the command can be used.
